Cricket Live Stream Australia vs England: After beating the 1st ODI at Adelaide by six wickets and then in the 2nd ODI at Sydney by 72 runs, men-in-yellow are looking to clean-sweep their arch-rivals in 3 matches ODI series at MCG, which has hosted 11 ODI matches since 2015. Out of those 11, Australia has played eight times while England for two times.
Date, Time & Venue :
3rd ODI between Australia vs England is set to kick off at 8:50 IST at MCG, Melbourne.
Pitch Report :
If we look at recent past results at MCG, we can see that the pitch doesn’t offer anything to spinners but help pacers as it provides a little bit of extra bounce, which makes it difficult for the batters to play. So whichever captain wins the toss will most likely ask to bowl first.
Teams News :
Visitors have been outplayed in the first two games. They have failed to make the most out of the batting-friendly conditions in both games. Only Dawid Malan has scored a considerable amount of score in the matches. English batters will have to play their part.
Vince played a crucial vital inning and will be hoping to help his side today as well.
On the other hand, Australia is pleased to see Steve Smith back in form; he scored his second fifty and guided Australia to a score of 280. While Mitchell Marsh scored the fifty, Marnus Labuschnagne also found runs with the bat. Moreover, their bowlers are also fine-tuned with the seam and the swing movement.

An One Day International (ODI) is a form of limited overs cricket, played between two teams with international status, in which each team faces a fixed number of overs, currently 50, with the game lasting up to 9 hours. The Cricket World Cup, generally held every four years, is played in this format. One Day International matches are also called Limited Overs Internationals (LOI), although this generic term may also refer to Twenty20 International matches. They are major matches and considered the highest standard of List A, limited-overs competition.
The international one-day game is a late-twentieth-century development. The first ODI was played on 5 January 1971 between Australia and England at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. When the first three days of the third Test were washed out officials decided to abandon the match and, instead, play a one-off one-day game consisting of 40 eight-ball overs per side. Australia won the game by 5 wickets. ODIs were played in white-coloured kits with a red-coloured ball.
