Di Maria is truly an underrated player because he has scored some phenomenal goals for both his club and his national team. An exceptional goal from Angel Di Maria and an easy penalty from Messi gave a lead to the Argentian team.
Soon after the break, the second half started, and this time the Argentinan had control of the ball until the French team gathered their hope and started to attack. The only thing Argentina needed to do was to defend their two goals and prevent the opposing team to score any goals.
However, when Kylian Mbappe came with the ball to score, he skillfully dodged the defenders and scored a goal. Kylian Mbappe is quick, so it is difficult to keep up with him when he had the ball and is running toward the goalpost. The goal was scored in the ending moments of the game when the game had reached the 80th minute.
It was a setback for the Argentinian team. However, this setback turned into a disaster after just 97 seconds when Kylian Mbappe scored another goal.

The French team was now dominant and it seemed as if Argentina had lost hope. In the 90th minute, 8 minutes of extra time was given to give both teams a chance to score the last goal. However, both teams came close to scoring but didn’t score the goal. Later on, 30 minutes of extra time was given, but none of the team scored.
Lastly, the game reached penalties. During the toss, France won and decided to defend. The first penalty was scored by Messi and the remaining three by other players. The second penalty was shot and it was saved by the goalkeeper. It has a lead to Argentina.
The next penalty was scored. The third penalty shot by France wasn’t shot to the target and went wide, and Argentina dramatically won a world cup that will be remembered by football fans all over the world.
