This implies that in the three matches, which are described as the soft debut of the Pakistan Women’s League, which is likely scheduled for September, the top 10 foreign players from seven nations would be present.

These 20 top Pakistani players, four U19 players who competed in the recently concluded ICC U19 Women’s T20 World Cup (Areesha Noor, Eyman Fatima, Shawaal Zulfiqar, and Syeda Aroob Shah), and two up-and-coming cricketers will accompany these ten foreign stars (Fatima Khan and Syeda Masooma Zahra).

The 36 cricketers have been divided equally into two teams, with the starting lineups containing a minimum of one emerging or U19 player and a maximum of four overseas players.

With Delany and Athapaththu leading Ireland and Sri Lanka, respectively, in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 in South Africa, eight of the ten foreign players are cricketers.
