Shadab Khan reaches new milestone as he becomes the first Pakistani player to reach 100 T20 wickets
Pakistani bowling sensation Shadab Khan who was scouted for the Pakistani international team rose to the ranks following his performances over the years and has become a crucial part of the Pakistani cricket team. The Pakistani side is currently playing against the Afghanistan cricket team in a series of multiple matches. The Pakistani squad failed to put on the expected performance and the strong side of Afghanistan. The team comprised of mainly players that were selected following the scouting activities held in the PSL.
They were deemed to be very effective players as they had put on performances in the PSL, but due to the lack of experience on an international pitch and the lack of proper guidance, they could not attain the desired outcome.

In total, the team managed to wind up a score of 130 runs in 20 over which is not adequate for a team of such caliber. Afghanistan, on the other hand, managed to complete the chase, but there were also some bumps to that road as the Pakistani side was not ready to give up the match. In the end, the Afghans managed to make 133 runs with one ball remaining, so it was smooth sailing for them.
Although Pakistan did not win the three-match series, they got themselves a consolation by winning the last match against Afghanistan and they did it in style. Shadab khan was awarded the man of the match award for these three wickets and the run he scored prevented an embarrassing whitewash against a team that they had never lost before in history.
The match was smooth sailing for the Pakistani team, and the credit goes to both the bowlers and the batters, who were lacking in the previous matches but managed to grasp the win this time. The match held in Sharjah came out in the favor of the Pakistani team, who was relieved after two disappointing outcomes. The batting side managed to accumulate a total score of 182 runs in 20 overs.

The match meant even more to him as he got 100 wickets in the t20 format and was now counted among the likes of Tim Southee, Rashid Khan, Mustafizur Rehman, Lasith Malinga, and others who have the same achievement. It will be a night to remember for him.
