Australia will host West Indies Pakistan and South Africa from 2023-2024
Australia will provide both Men’s and Women’s Cricket teams an opportunity. Australia decided to host a summer pack 2023-2024 for both Men’s and Women’s Cricket Teams. The women’s team will participate in West Indies and South Africa. However, Men’s Cricket team will be a part of the West Indies vs. Pakistan clash in 2023.
The tournament will be scheduled after the upcoming ODI World Cup 2023. The Australian Skipper Pat Cummins began the cricket journey by playing a home series against Pakistan. The three-match test journey will start on 14th December in Perth.
Australia, the defending champions of the World Cup 2024, is looking forward to the summer match series. Australia organized different match series between Pakistan, West Indies, and South Africa. In these series of games, both Men’s and Women’s teams will appear on the ground showing outclass performance against each other.
However, the matches will begin after the One Day International World Cup tournament in 2023. After participating on the flat Pakistani playing surfaces, Australia wanted to experience a new venue against Pakistan. It decided to host a series of matches in the group, including South Africa and West Indies. However, there is a chance for both Men’s and Women’s Cricket squads to display a good show against each other in the upcoming match series.
The biggest World Cup tournament will be scheduled in India, inviting different countries from all over the World. However, some countries are still fighting to save a spot for the World Cup tournament in 2023. Later West Indies Men’s Squad will visit Australia for two test matches between Australia West Indies starting from 17th January. Australia will also schedule Day International games and T20 matches for Women’s squads of Australia, West Indies, Pakistan, and South Africa.
Australia will appear in the World Cup tournament, defending champions, setting their perfect plan to protect their trophy and title in the World Cup 2023. India will schedule the One Day International World Cup tournament as all the participants will visit India for the World’s biggest event.
In their previous schedule, West Indies said goodbye to 2022, playing a series against India. The last series was scheduled in India. However, recently Australia announced the expected plan regarding One Day International games and T20 series for Pakistan, South Africa, and West Indies.
In their previous calash, both squads encountered each other on flat Pakistani pitches in March. New years test and Boxing Day will begin in the traditional form at SCG and MCG. Later, the West Indies men’s squad will tour Australia, participating in two test matches on 17th January.
The second match will be scheduled at Gabba on 25th January. The game will be a pink ball day and night clash. In February, both squads will participate in three One Day International and three T20 games.
The women’s team will also participate in the home series for Australia. When the West Indies women’s squad reaches Australia for ODI and T20 matches, the Australian Women’s unit will appear on the ground. Recently Meg Lanning ended the previous year playing in India in December and January. The tour comprised all formats of the cricket games in India. Both squads performed magnificently in the last series in India.
Defending Champions will appear in the World Cup tournament 2024, followed by three T20 matches against South Africa in Hobart and Canberra. The T20 matches will lead the champions towards three One Day International games before participating in the playoff test match against opponents at WACA Stadium in Perth. The matches will begin on 15th February. The game will be a kickoff between both Women’s squads.
